Nouf Al-Fayez is passionate about providing visitors with a unique Bedouin life experience, where they learn traditional skills such as creating Arabic Kohol, milking goats, making sour buttermilk, and weaving wool. Visitors also have the opportunity to experience the making and tasting of Bedouin dishes such as Mansaf & Rashouf for lunch, or Gallayeh for breakfast. She aims to empower women in her community by offering training courses in the kitchen, tourism, and hospitality sectors, with the goal of preserving heritage and culture within younger generations while providing job opportunities. Nouf is dedicated to maintaining pride in the traditions, culture, and heritage of her community through her project. Her ultimate goal is to support women in selling their home-produced goods to provide for their families, thereby empowering women in her community.
